What Level 3 Actually Means
Level 3 (Specialist) Support Coordination is for people with high complexity where the plan is only one part of the problem.
It’s built for situations like:
Providers not showing up, constant cancellations, unsafe supports
Psychosocial disability with fluctuating risk or capacity
Complex family dynamics, conflict, or unstable decision-making environments
SIL/SDA breakdown risk, tenancy stress, housing instability
Restrictive practices environments or behaviour support intersections
Hospital discharge / step-down planning
Safeguarding concerns, exploitation risk, neglect risk
Multiple stakeholders: guardians, clinicians, schools, justice, health, housing
What We Do Differently
Most coordination fails for three reasons:
No strategy (just referrals and check-ins)
No legislation depth (NDIS rules get misread, funding gets wasted)
No backbone (providers, NDIA, and systems don’t get challenged properly)
We do the opposite.
Our Level 3 approach
Stabilise: reduce risk, stop service gaps, secure critical supports
Design: build a working support system that matches real life
Execute: make supports happen (not “recommend them”)
Defend: push back when the system blocks the participant’s outcomes
Sustain: prevent repeat breakdowns with monitoring and plan-forward design

Who Level 2 Is For
Level 2 Support Coordination is ideal for participants who:
want steady support and clear next steps
have multiple providers and need them coordinated properly
need help understanding and using their plan effectively
are building skills, routine, independence, or community participation
have “some complexity” but not at the level requiring Level 3
are sick of chasing services, repeating themselves, or being let down
What We Do in Level 2
This is hands-on coordination, not “a list of providers and good luck.”
Core Level 2 deliverables
Plan implementation: translating funding into practical supports
Provider sourcing + onboarding: matching the right fit, not the fastest vacancy
Service agreements: set up properly, with clear roles and boundaries
Scheduling + coordination: reducing gaps, cancellations, and confusion
Goal tracking: keeping momentum so the plan delivers outcomes
Capacity building: helping participants build confidence managing supports
Problem-solving when things go wrong: service quality issues, disengagement, delays
Preparing for reviews: evidence, progress updates, and what needs to change
How We Do It Differently
A lot of Level 2 fails because it becomes passive—check-ins, vague updates, and no real control of outcomes.
Our Level 2 model is:
structured (clear plan, actions, timelines)
accountable (we follow through, we don’t disappear)
participant-led (choice and control isn’t a slogan—it’s the method)
NDIS-smart (we understand the rules so funding doesn’t get wasted)
Outcomes Participants Actually Notice
Supports start faster and stick longer
Less stress and fewer “provider dramas”
Better communication between services
More routine, more stability, more independence
Stronger evidence for plan reviews and better long-term outcomes

Our Process
Plan with Purpose
We start by understanding the full picture not just the plan on paper. We incorporate risk, housing, family dynamics, capacity, safeguarding, provider reliability. We map it properly from day one so nothing critical is missed.
Collaborate Openly
You’re never left guessing. We communicate clearly, involve the right stakeholders, and keep you informed at every step. Transparent, structured coordination no confusion, no disappearing acts.
Strategic Implementation
We don’t just “refer and hope.” We engage providers, manage breakdown risks, monitor performance, and step in early when something isn’t working. Complex situations require active oversight — that’s what we do
Measured Outcomes
Real progress is stability, safety, and forward movement. Fewer crises. Stronger supports. Clearer pathways. Our goal isn’t activity — it’s meaningful, sustainable outcomes that hold up under pressure.
